Ruby's Mexican Restaurant #5

I got an agua fresca de pepino con limón. That was very refreshing tasting and not too overly sweet. I also got an order of sopes which comes with 4 sopes. For the protein I got beef. They were good. I just forgot to ask for salsa to go. I included a picture of what they looked like (I had already eaten 3 of them). Overall everything was good and the wait wasn’t too long. I would go back to try some of their menu items

This is a restaurant that understands that word of mouth and the food that goes in it is the best marketing. The food is exactly how you’ll see it on the menu and it comes out so fast. The servers are very attentive as well. My husband usually orders the same things at restaurants but here he has trouble choosing what he would want because there are so many good options! He had the red enchiladas in the photo I attached.

Ruby's was a new find for us and we were not disappointed. The chips, that came before the meal, tasted freshly made and were thicker than normal, an awesome surprise. We wanted to try their street tacos and got one of each meat option. The steak and chicken were our favorite but all were great. We can't wait to try more things on the menu. #GoogleGal

Authentic! Delicious! Flavorful! It took me back to my dear mother’s home of my childhood. It took a great deal of effort not to become emotional as I was flooded with memories of a time long ago as we would sit around parents table after church…I loved the food, and the atmosphere of this restaurant. Oh, and the servers were lovely !

Definitely would recommend #1 and #2 pictures below. Only problem we had is had hair in our chip sauce. But still decided to order. And they did not disappoint.

Saw that the Ruby's in Tyler had great reviews. Decided to have dinner at this location. Food was amazing. We had the beef birria tacos and the green enchiladas. The chips and salsa were great. Our food was served hot, reasonably priced and a huge quantity. Highly recommend and wish this place was in my town! Only wish it was air conditioned. It was very warm inside.

Found my new pleasure.. Chips ARE great alone. Entrees both 8.5/10. Will be going back.
